Service Description

Choose any TWO dishes to learn during our session, from the list below: - SAMBHAR: a South Indian pigeon pea stew with seasonal vegetables and curry leaves - RAJMA: red kidney beans made in classic North Indian style and served with a dollop of butter - CHANA MASALA: chickpea curry that is eaten at any time of day served with fried leavened bread - MUNG DAL TADKA: classic yellow lentils with basic tempering NOTE: We'll also make rice and roti as part of the session
