Choose any THREE dishes to learn during our session, from the list below: - SONTH IMLI: sweet tamarind chutney made with jaggery and spices - NARIYAL CHUTNEY: South Indian chutney made with bengal gram and grated coconut, tempered with mustard seeds - GARLIC CHUTNEY: garlic and dry red chiles combine to create this chutney, popularly eaten in Western India - TOMATO CHUTNEY: a syrupy chutney cooked down with apples and raisins in tomato and tempered with ginger and nigella seeds - MANGO CHILI MAYO: a sweet twist to classic mayonnaise, especially during mango season
