Choose any THREE three breads to learn during our session, from the list below: - ROTI: an everyday unleavened durum wheat flatbread - PARANTHA: a breakfast and lunch box favorite: layers of seasoned, unleavened dough, rolled into triangles, squares or circles and pan fried in ghee - GARLIC NAAN: a pillowy-soft leavened bread baked in a clay oven replicated at home - POORI: small deep fried flatbreads perfectly paired with potato dishes - GOBHI PARANTHA: a pan fried flatbread with a stuffing of seasoned grated cauliflower
